hello@kakobuygallery.comWe reply to most messages within a few days. If you are writing about a specific guide, put the page name in the subject line — it gets to the right place faster.
02What we can help with
| Your message | What happens |
|---|---|
| A figure in a guide is wrong, out of date, or contradicted something you were told | Priority. We check it and correct the page |
| A topic we have not covered, and you cannot find a straight answer anywhere | Read and considered for a new guide |
| A question about how a mechanic works — volumetric weight, a size code, a fee type | Answered by email, and often added to the relevant guide |
| Permission to quote or translate a guide | Usually granted, with a link back |

03What we cannot help with
- Your order, parcel or account. We are not an agent, we cannot see your order, and we have no access to any platform. Contact your agent's own support — only they can act on it.
- "Where can I buy X?" We do not recommend sellers or sources.
- Whether a specific item will pass customs. Nobody can answer that in advance, and anyone who claims to is guessing.
- Help buying branded goods cheaply. We will not assist with that, and we will say so if you ask.
- Being a middleman between you and an agent. We have no relationship with any agent that would let us intervene on your behalf.
04Before you write about a problem order
Most order problems resolve faster through the agent than through anyone else, and they resolve fastest when you arrive with evidence. Two things are worth doing first:
- Read the returns guide. The window is short and it closes the moment the parcel ships internationally — see returns and refunds.
- Collect the evidence. QC photos, the listing's own specification, and the message thread with the seller. A dispute with photos attached is a different conversation from a dispute without them.
If what happened to you contradicts something written on this site, that is worth an email on its own — that is how the guides stay accurate.
Not a problem order — just a topic we should cover?
